micro1 is engaging Business Owners - Video Data Partnerships to contribute to an innovative video data collection initiative for a leading customer project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.


Scope of Work

  1. Collaborate as a partner to facilitate the collection of POV/egocentric video data showcasing manual work processes within your business operations.
  2. Coordinate and support high-volume video submissions from participants engaged in daily manual activities.
  3. Advise on workflows, safety protocols, and operational best practices to ensure data authenticity and compliance.
  4. Implement and communicate project guidelines to contributors within your organization for consistent video quality and coverage.
  5. Provide regular feedback on data collection progress, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
  6. Ensure all video data is collected in accordance with privacy, consent, and ethical standards.
  7. Engage with micro1’s project team through clear written and verbal communication to align on goals and deliverables.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Ownership or operational authority within a business specializing in manual work (e.g., retail, hospitality, industrial, healthcare, logistics, education, construction, fitness, transportation, property services, beauty, and related fields).
  2. Proven ability to manage large groups of professionals performing hands-on, practical tasks.
  3. Experience with the implementation or oversight of process documentation and/or data-driven projects.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on instruction, coordination, and feedback.
  5. Commitment to upholding privacy, safety, and compliance standards in collaborative projects.
  6. An adaptive mindset and the ability to work effectively in innovative, cross-functional partnerships.
  7. Previous participation in research, pilot projects, or technology-driven initiatives (preferred, but not required).
